Conduct personal coaching, administer assessments (MBTI®, Strong®) and facilitate workshops for individuals and organizations to maximize career and life satisfaction.  Provide onsite training and coaching to assist businesses in team building and to enhance sales, communications and customer service skills. Background includes; career, business and personal counseling, providing outplacement services, interviewing and recruiting for the staffing industry, marketing and managing employment and training programs, direct sales, consulting, and teaching. Career Life Coaching LLC was established in 2003 to assist people in bringing their skills, talents and passion into the world of work. In addition to private practice, Dee works part time at the Small Business Development Center at the University of Wisconsin – Madison, coaching entrepreneurs and teaches the class, "Starting a Business, The First Step" in the School of Business.
