What is career life coaching?
Like athletic coaches, life coaches help you clarify and focus on your goals, challenge you to maximize your potential, encourage you to pursue your dreams and celebrate your successes. With a background in employment and career counseling I work best with people seeking to discover and obtain fulfilling, meaningful work. I help you find and explore your "best fit" occupation/career options and strategize your career path. Together we'll determine if assessments would be appropriate (I offer the MBTI© and the MAPP©) and look at your total life design:

  • your vision for your future
  • how you get "energized"
  • your lifestyle preferences
  • what activities bring you joy
  • how you find balance in your life

What if I just want to find a better job/re-employ?
If you are in career transition due to job loss, life circumstance or just plain want a better position, I can help. We can design and initiate a job search strategy that fits your individual needs. This might include:

  • identifying your transferable skills
  • revising your resume
  • honing your interviewing skills
  • building your referral network
  • researching potential employers

Take the free Career Life Quiz©. You may discover you want to explore some new career options.
