This 12 week program includes personal coaching, assessments and exercises to help you determine your career direction. You will receive 4 half hour phone coaching sessions per month or 2 one hour in-person sessions per month and 3 online professional assessments! We'll explore the following topics, activities and exercises:

• Life Purpose and the Career Life Process
• Guided Meditation and Visualization – conceive it, see it, acheive it!
• Motivation Matrix, determine your Pain/Pleasure and Attraction/Avoidance behaviors and how to change them.
• Work Culture and Work Environments; what does your optimum workplace look like, feel like? Get clarity on what environments and cultures will nurture you and foster success!
• Work Task Analysis – will help you identify work you love and do well
• Calling Preferences Exercise – what do you feel called to do? Find out!
• Work pathways: employee or entrepreneur or a combination of both, we’ll look at the may options available for moving into your “right livelihood” or responding to “your calling.”

• Work/Life Values Checklist Your values contribute significantly to a sense of fulfillment and meaning in life. When your work and life do not reflect your values you may feel depressed, conflicted, “burned out”, or like you are going through your days in a drab or mechanical routine.
